of Makhotay on world day against Death Penalty. 10th of Oct is world day against capital Punishment, observed worldwide on same day. A cause to observe the day to abolish death penalty globally from Constitution including Pakistan. We have highlighted lawlessness and injustice of our justice system. We staged the story of Aftab Bahadur, who was wrongfully executed back in 2015. This play is also covered LIVE by the twitter pages of European Union and United Nations.

The theater groups from all over the Pakistan performed in this festival. ”GHULAM – It reflects our history, culture and the sentiments related to our Mother Soil. This play would bring you to the dark ages of sub continent when partition did not divide the lands but the hearts, when hearts were enslaved but still, there were few who preferred freedom at the cost of lives. We welcome all of you to witness the darkest era of 1947.
